What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with an expert crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Depending on the type of service, inclusions vary — for instance, sunset tours come with premium refreshments and snacks, whereas business charters provide meeting amenities and specialized catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking 2–3 weeks ahead is suggested, particularly in the busy period (May–September). To ensure greater vessel availability and customization time, securing your event or personal celebration 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable.
What is the procedure if the weather is adverse?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event the captain assesses the weather as dangerous, the option to reschedule to a new available slot is given or a complete refund provided. We keep a close watch on weather trends and will notify you 24 hours prior to your departure if the forecast seems doubtful.
Am I allowed to bring my dietary and drink provisions?
Certainly, it is permissible to carry your own food and drinks. Notwithstanding this, we also extend exceptional catering services tailor-made to your likes. Note that for safety measures, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do your boats cater to guests with restricted mobility?
We make every effort to accommodate all of our guests. Some of our yachts are more suited for those with mobility requirements than others. To identify the most appropriate yacht and provide any specialized arrangements, we ask that you inform us during your reservation about any specific needs.
What does your cancellation policy entail?
For cancellations made over 72 hours before the scheduled departure, a full refund is processed. Those made between 24–72 hours before are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours before departure, cancellations are non-refundable unless due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical faults on our end.
